The blooms are bright orange-yellow with long, thin, radiating petals surrounding a golden-yellow center. The plant has an upright habit with coarse, lance-shaped green leaves, making it a bold addition to perennial borders or wildflower gardens. Its vibrant flowers are excellent for cutting and provide a cheerful display in mid to late summer.
Inula orientalis f. grandiflora thrives in well-drained, moderately fertile soil and is drought-tolerant once established. It is a low-maintenance plant that attracts pollinators like bees and butterflies, adding ecological value to the garden.
