Fern Athyrium Ghost

Athyrium 'Ghost' is a striking deciduous fern known for its upright form and luminous, silvery fronds. A cross between the Japanese painted fern and the lady fern, it combines the best of both: silvery-grey foliage with subtle hints of green and deep purple midribs. The upright, vase-shaped habit makes it a bold vertical accent in shaded garden spaces.

This adaptable fern thrives in moist, rich, well-drained soil and performs beautifully in woodland borders, shaded foundations, and mixed perennial plantings.
