It produces vibrant, fragrant flowers in shades of pink, typically with fringed or serrated petals. This hardy plant is valued for its ease of care, drought tolerance, and ability to attract pollinators like bees and butterflies.

Cheddar Pink thrives in well-drained, sandy or rocky soils and is an excellent choice for rock gardens, borders, or as a ground cover.

This dianthus variety is hardy in USDA Zones 4 through 8, making it suitable for a wide range of climates. It prefers well-drained, lean to moderately fertile soils and is tolerant of drought once established, adding to its low-maintenance appeal. Its vibrant flowers attract butterflies, enhancing the ecological value of your garden.
