Coreopsis rosea, commonly known as Pink Tickseed or Rose Coreopsis, is a delicate herbaceous perennial that produces masses of soft pink, daisy-like flowers with bright yellow centers. The blooms are held on slender, branching stems above fine, narrow green foliage, creating a light, airy, and graceful appearance in the garden. Blooming from early summer into late summer, this plant adds gentle color, texture, and pollinator appeal to borders, cottage gardens, edging, containers, or sunny perennial beds.

Thrives in moist, well-drained soil with medium moisture. Avoid planting in very dry, heavy, or waterlogged conditions. Requires minimal maintenance once established and performs best where soil moisture remains fairly consistent. Deadhead spent blooms regularly to encourage prolonged flowering and maintain a tidy appearance. Cut back lightly after the first flush of flowers if needed to refresh the plant and promote rebloom. Pairs well with salvia, nepeta, campanula, geraniums, and ornamental grasses for a soft, colourful garden display. Attracts bees, butterflies, and other beneficial insects. Generally avoided by deer and rabbits. Excellent for borders, edging, cottage-style landscapes, containers, mass plantings, or pollinator-friendly perennial displays. Coreopsis rosea is a graceful and easy-care perennial that thrives in sunny gardens with consistent moisture, adding soft pink blooms and fine-textured foliage through the summer season. Its delicate flowers, compact habit, and long bloom period make it a valuable choice for brightening low-maintenance perennial plantings.
